Women sit together in a circle. Each woman reaches for a bag containing two message cards of a Biblical Woman. Looking at the messages she received, she chooses the one she needs the most and writes her insights. Back at the circle, the women are inspired to share, to dream, to uncover their hidden talents, and to fulfill themselves.

Judith Jungman Saadon is a mother, wife, psychologist, and leader of women's groups inspired by the Biblical Women.
Her creation, the Women of Wisdom set, was born out of her desire to help women awaken and strengthen the power of healing hidden within them. By enabling the Biblical Women to be their unique mentors and to ground them, women can be inspired to thrive and be guided in dealing with life's challenges.

Connect with your collective unconscious
Cards can evoke the personal unconscious. Our early memories arise in association with a drawing, a word, a photograph. The Women of Wisdom set awakens another layer - the collective unconscious within us.
The cards and the imaginary journeys evoke an inherent ancient feminine power, even if we don't remember the ancient stories. This allows us to go beyond the familiar, discovering how much more we can be.
Leaving your comfort zone
Create a ceremony. Once a week or when you feel the need, create a quiet space for yourself. Request a message. Choose a card. Invite the ancient woman and her message to continue accompanying you. Ask yourself from time to time, "What else is the Biblical Woman telling me? And what else? Promote your process of change.
