A powerful self help book

This book is about female empowerment, discovery, change and personal growth. It offers 50 interesting and imaginary journeys inspired by Biblical female wisdom.
In my opinion, this is one of the best self help books that I have ever read. The author has exceptional writing skills and this is definitely showed in this piece. I was able to connect with myself while reading. I think meditation is a great way to change and discover new facets of our own. I honestly recommend reading it!

A compelling and enlightening reading

A must-read book. It was written by Judith Youngman Saadon who has vast experience in the field of spirituality and psychology. She enlightens women with different ancient women who possess qualities that help them to fulfill something in history. Each of the women teaches us and makes us think about our life.
.All in all, I found it really interesting and engaging. I loved the content as well as the lovely pictures that depict every woman.
